Saint Francis
I thought it would be fun/cool to re-create Bonaventura Berlinghieri’s “Saint Francis”. I’m thinking about selling prints of this and maybe redoing a few more paintings. Caravaggio’s “The Martyrdom of St. Matthew” looks particularity interesting at the moment.

The Minotaur
Julia and I attended an art show called ‘The Minotaur” yesterday and were absolutely floored. The atmosphere was incredible—the exhibition is located in the Old Vic tunnels underneath Waterloo station. As you descend into the tunnels the atmosphere of the show takes you into another world. Thick fog, spot lights, the slow pounding heartbeat of subway cars pounding by above you. Ethereal music...
